This is the extremelly rare Puma 1974 AG RUSSELL Luger Pistol and 9mm Bullet Knife set in After Market Wooden Display Box with Puma Logo.

As far as the records show, Puma made 3,600 of the Luger Knife series:

This Luger Knife is number 03158

This 9mm Bullet Knife is numbered 1057 and is one of 1500

Puma made 3,600 of the Luger Knife series:

2,100 with a detailed image of the Luger Pistol on an oval inlay and 1,200 with an inlay of the 9mm Luger Cartridge.
The blade front is etched in gold – 1900-1974 Luger Pistole 08.

The blade front is identified with , A.G. Russell , Ark. 72764 and the back with – Puma , Germany , Stainless.

A very rare Puma 1974 Luger Knife and 9mm Bullet Knife to match the Luger Pistol Commemorative Knife both with Stag Handles and sold as a set.

Individually they are very hard to find as there were only 3600 of the Luger Knife produced and only 1200 of the 9mm Bullet Knife to match.

As at September 2026 we currently do have both knives as individaul items but this listing is a set for the disserning collector with the Luger Knife and the 9mm Bullet Knife.

The Puma 1974 Luger Pistol Commemorative Knife with Stag Handles.
This is serial No. 03158 with only 2100 of these ever made.
Stamped on one side of the blade: AG RUSSELL ARK.72764
Stamped on the other side of the blade : PUMA GERMANY STAINLESS
Condition : Unused, in almost mint condition with wooden Foam Lined and Green Baize lined Box

Some slight age marks which you would expect from a knife 52 years old.Never sharpened or carried.
Made by Puma for the A. G. Russell Collector Club.

This has a really nice lighter Red-Brown Sambar Deer Antler Handle.

This is numbered 1057 with only 1500 of these ever made.

Both have great snap and I would put them at around 99-99.5% Mint

They are well put together with the Luger Knife having a nice lighter stag Antler Handle and the 9mm Bullet Knife having a completely different darker Sambar Deer Antler Handle

 They are in wooden display box with a Puma Gold Logo on the top of the box
